If you have any mistakes after placing an order with payment, order normally process within 24hours after payment, please inform us as soon as possible, please note that order will be process accordingly what we received and we will not be responsible if mistakes was not inform. *type of grind, is the type of grind size you want the coffee beans to be ground as powder form, not the roasting level of the coffee beans.

STORE
  • From Store, you can select the coffee beans that we've recently roasted (100g. to 1kg). 
  • Orders will be shipped within 3 working days by EMS after payment received.
  • You can also pick up the coffee beans by choosing "Pick up at shop" during checkout, and you can come to pick up your coffee beans anytime. (please show your order confirmation when picking up the coffee beans.)
  • Items may run out of stocks, there will be no booking or on hold of the product during awaiting payment, we will promptly send you an email to inform you if this matter occurs.

PAYMENT
  • Payment can be made via paypal or wire transfer.
  • Please select type of payment during checkout.
  • For wire transfer, please send us an email with title "payment confirmation" after transfer has been made. Email: info@philscoffeecompany.com.
  • If select wire transfer, please make payment within 24-48 hours or orders will be automatically cancelled.
  • Orders will be shipped after payment is received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
  • The order is limited to 1KG package for international shipping. If you wish to order more, kindly make another order and the shipment will arrive in 2 packages.
  • All international shipments will be delivered via DHL and are available for tracking. A tracking number will be provided.
  • For international shipping, delivery may be delayed due to certain circumstances. This is due to a matter of international logistics conditions and the responsible carrier. We apologize for the delay, but please be patient.
  • We respect each country’s import policy.
  • Some countries may restrict the import of coffee depending on their policies, and any problems that may occur are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact the customs in advance to ensure safe shipping.
  • Depending on the customs & tax policy, additional taxes and fees may occur. This is in accordance with applicable national policies, please contact the appropriate country’s customs for any queries and follow their requests. If not in settled, any problems and issues that may rise are attributable to the recipient.
